All support for Project Doing Good is handled through emails. To reach our support team, just send an email to help@doinggood.io anytime you want.

We respond to support requests during our agency's normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm Pacific Time. We kindly ask you to keep the timezone difference in mind, as our team is based in sunny San Francisco, California, USA!

We do our best to respond to all support requests within 2 to 3 business days. We currently do not provide telephone support for Project Doing Good. We trust you will understand since Project Doing Good is a free service and we aren't making money off this.
